With our combined approach and drive, we are the link for parties in raising capital. This includes (managers of) investment funds and companies issuing shares, bonds or other (equity or debt) capital instruments. We are also familiar with crowdfunding, leasing, factoring and direct lending. Should regular bank financing not be available or appropriate, we offer the route to an alternative. 


Finway is not only the legal link, but also the link between the client and other experts who add value to the structure. These include fund administrators, trust parties, trading platforms (including NPEX, Euronext Growth), tax consultants and civil law notaries with the specialism required for the transaction. We have the right connections with the supervision authorities. Through a unique cooperation with a placement agent, we can also provide placement of the equity or debt instruments. This can be done privately (private placement), for example with family offices and institutional investors. But it can also be done publicly, with or without a listing on a trading platform.

Paylease B.V. is linked to the major shareholder of Perfo Knowledgy B.V. We have drafted and assisted with the loan agreement, the security documents and the leasing documentation on portfolio level.
  • Supervising various listing of securities on trading and crowdfunding platform NPEX.
